Communication is the key to success and the people with whom I spoke did it well The truck driver did a professional job receiving and transporting my vehicle on time and that s important to me because he was the only person from the company who I actually met When it was possible he communicated location information but the company could do a better job with tracking equipment which would relieve drivers of that responsibility

Overall good experience with a couple minor issues

I feel like I got a good price for the distance which the vehicle was being shipped I had a couple questions about payment and insurance and SGT support staff responded very quickly to resolve my concerns The car arrived much quicker than expected and in condition I expected The only slightly negative portion of my experience is the driver contact information I received initially was not who delivered the car So when the driver called the morning of delivery the number came up as potential spam and I didn t answer He showed up 20 minutes later to deliver the car Secondly I did not have a heads up on digital payment they would accept I had to download Zelle which ended up not working due to PNC issues so I had to run to the bank and come back to provide the remainder of the payment Overall very good experience would work with SGT again
