Very misleading be careful ordered a pair of Tiffany sunglasses says it will be 2 or 3 weeks delay Happy to take the money then I get a email sent saying it will be 8 weeks delay what would I like to do they should have never taken the money now I have to go through a process of Refund which always take ages and never straight forward with this company

Unfortunately for me the sunglasses I choose were not the greatest fit so I decided to return them of course that is not the problem the item was beautiful but not for me my problem is that I have return them as soon as I received them and the refund process is taking way to long I hope you can work on this issue in the future so customers don t leave and spend their money somewhere else

I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses 289 came with no hard case My concern was that it very tricky to keep safe in a velvet soft pouch I called Customer service and explain the situation she said that s how they come from their supplier with just a velvet Unable to offer me anything And she was quite happy for me to return the sunglasses Went on to remind me to use Royal mail

The glasses did not arrive with a hard case Nor did it have the glasses rope although the packaging for the rope was left in the box The hard case and rope had been taken out I won t use this company again

Whilst out for a walk the lens from my Raybans popped out and smashed on the path hard to believe I know I contacted Shade Station with regards to a pair I bought them in January They won t replace and they have to go through Ray Ban So not only do I have no glasses for my holidays at the weekend I have to wait for Ray Ban to let me know if they will replace or refund Not too impressed with this scenario when Shade Station sold me the glasses and I think they should be the ones replacing them

ordered over a week ago no package tried calling no answer have emailed twice with no response Really poorly manged and will now look to commence recovery of my money Really poor company

When I purchased my glasses i was given a choice of next day delivery for 5 95 or standard delivery free 2 to 6 day s Glasses arrived on the eighth day Was not bery impressed with the service to be honest i will be buying elsewhere in future Also customer service were not very helpful at all

Quick delivery however received sunglasses with screw missing Sent them back for a refund however still waiting for that to be processed seems very slow Easy to get in contact with customer service I am unsure if I will purchase from shade station again

Bought Gucci Glasses GG0225S 199 order number 1958833 A really sharp piece of metal is on the inside of the right eye emailed customer service twice no reply and can not get through on the customer telephone number Absolute joke like it s a scam company Can t wear my glasses as something sharp is scratching my face so please reply to me customer service as I ve stated my order number
