Delivery time should be clearer It first says 4-6 days but after understanding I was ordering prescription glasses it then said up to 10 days 10 days had past so sent an email and then was told it will take up to 15 days I received my glasses 16 days after putting my order through

Probably say not your fault but paid for 24hour delivery which you accepted but couldn t deliver on it due to postal strike

Fast delivery however box came damaged and was a gift for somebody which was not ideal considering how much I spent and paid an extra 7 for gift wrapping
