Excellent service albeit the first pair of glasses were damaged so I had to return but there was a quick no fuss replacement which is always good to know Guess it would have helped if the product had been checked pre dispatch Would certainly use Shadestation again

Very prompt delivery and good price Only lost a star as the packaging wasn t sturdy enough and the sunglasses looked very vulnerable Luckily it was ok but there was no rigidity to the box it came in

Missing item resolved

When I ordered I agree that I did put the wrong address but I sent an email to tell them that I put the wrong address and they said it was too late and that they couldn t do anything about it now as it had already been dispatched So I am 70 quid out of pocket and still no glasses Thanks to Steve Wood though we finally managed to get this missing item sorted out and was able to receive my sunglasses Many thanks Steve Wood for your help

Excellent company the sunglasses arrived on time there were a few issues with being charged twice in error which Charlotte sorted out straight away I haven t given it 5 stars as I wasn t sent any tracking information till the item arrived but otherwise really impressed
