Sent incorrect doll refund hassle

In the process of trying to obtain the correct doll ordered I was sent the wrong doll wrapped horribly in paper When asked to return that doll for the correct one I was offered 5 refund and keep the doll Upon refusal and request again for correct doll I was offered 10 and keep the doll This was stated the most they could offer Still pursuing and will post results

D0 NOT BUY I would like to rate 5 negative stars The dolls were packaged in plastic bags and wrapped tightly in a plastic envelope They were compressed in a way that made them wrinkled and there hair a complete disaster They smell bad and look very cheap not at all like the neatly boxed pretty dolls in the picture Attempted to return but they never gave return address just said it was in China They offered 5 back and then raised to 10 and we could keep doll - not at all what we expected They said it would cost 30 or more to return them We have filed a dispute with credit card company hope to get credit this way

Absolute scam

Absolute scam I ordered two different dolls for two very young girls in the same family I received two identical dolls They are cheap plastic not cloth as pictured They stink to high heaven a very toxic glue smell I have been airing them on the screened porch for a week with no less stink No child would be able to play with it no mother would let their child near this strong chemical stench The company would not respond to my requests for the correct doll at all Just offered me a 5 discount if I would keep the stupid thing then 10 Then they said if I would pay for the return shipping they would issue my a refund DO NOT ORDER Shameful

Rubbish

The three dolls arrived today- cheap smelly plastic knock offs of the Waldorf Dolls shown on the website I paid almost 140 00 Australian dollars for the privilege I was completely scammed as I thought Pay Pal would not be associated with a dodgy site I was very wrong and I m glad Trust Pilot exists to warn others Don t be fooled by the photos

If I could give a negative star I would I have emailed the company with no response from them They sent me something completely different from what was described on the website I paid 50 Canadian dollars for this 7 inch plastic doll that was not safe for a child it was described as 12 inch handmade doll with clothing Do not buy from this website They have also taken down the handmade doll list on their website It now says there are no products for this listing

Stay away Don t buy Total scam

I can barely rate this product with a star The doll on the website was adorable and packaged beautifully in a little box What arrived was a cheap doll wrapped in a plastic mailing bag No refund unless I am willing to pay the return mailing costs to China Total scam and products are junk and totally misrepresented on their website Doll is going in the trash

Disappointed Scam Waste of money

I just received my order and I have to say I am extremely disappointed The dolls advertised look completely different than what I received I chose dolls specific to my nieces favourite colours and personalities and what was delivered isn t anywhere near what I thought I was buying Not only are the styles of clothes different the website showed soft hands and bodies the dolls I have are plastic and some fingers are deformed For 96 82USD I would have expected the quality and description to match as advertised I have emailed their customer service and have yet to hear back

Counterfeit product

The doll received was not what was advertised in the photos or written description It was not wool it was plastic It was 9 not 12 Clothing was not 100 cotton but cheap horrible material Quality was poor Didn t even receive counterfeit version of doll requested When asked for a refund I was offered 4 despite the website offering a 100 money back guarantee
