SCAM 1-poorly made fast fashion style cheap patrons and materials 2- No system in place for returns You have to chase them for them to confirm they received your return 3- No free returns dishonest you must pay for the shipping label 4- A mysterious and poorly or unplanned return process The return process is a big mystery You send the package but it is not clear if they even know you are sending it back There is no return process in place they only provide you with a simple address which is not clearly written that indicates where to send the package and that s it 5- high uncertainty regarding your refund When you email them the tracking code of the return package you just payed to be shipped or inform them that the package has arrived to the logistics Ba sh collection Center they never answer Therefore it is not clear when to and if you can expect a return Other scam practices 6- misleading information on their website Do not trust the information they put on their site always ask customer service via email to make sure if the site information is correct First they put on the website that packages were open for store return I screen shot this They later changed it and all the people who bought thinking they were able to return in store not only went to the store in vane confirmed by staff employees but were told to pay for the returns themselves

If I could I would give 0 stars
If I could I would give 0 starsI bought a product and did not notice was faulty at first when I did a couple days later I contacted everyone I could and literally was brushed off by everyoneProvided all the info and supposedly the quality department advised that the fraying badly stitched part and massive lint accumulation was normal I guess fake luxury-promise poor quality and bad customer service is considered normal for such an appalling brandNever again and will stop everyone too

Don t order on-line and expect to return easily Ordered an item received 3 days later wanted to return the item and was constantly told it was outside the returns policy All the DHL links are not valid and the recommended shops don t take their codes Trying to speak to someone is terrible Expensive clothes but cheap servicr

Wouldn t shop here again
First time buying from this company and never would again I bought a 300 jacket from the marylebone store Not only are the sales assistants pushy but as soon as I had put my pin into the card reader the lovely sales assistant told me that they don t do refunds and only offer a credit note I have never come across a clothing store with such a terrible policy

Very poor quality stitching
I ve bought two loosely fitted dresses from this store in Kildare village They are pretty but on closer inspection and after just a small amount of wear I can see that they are very badly made The seams came apart on both dresses on one after just two wears and the neckline on one of the dresses is asymmetrical leading it to gape weirdly Maybe you d expect this from a very cheap fast fashion store but these dresses were not cheap Love the style but unfortunately would not buy from ba sh again

AVOID - particularly Guildford Like the customer reviews below I bought something in Dean Street store however sales person forgot to mention that they do not offer refunds I returned the item to Guildford for a credit note This was disastrous because despite politely informing I thought practice was sharp I got a real attitude back from the shop assistant It took two shop assistants to sort a credit note and they struggled with basic maths I Once I spend this credit note I will cease to become a customer - really really poor

Faulty Item and poor customer service
Not only did this company send me a faulty item but when I sent it back and ordered a new one they don t do exchanges - they sent the old faulty one back to me No compensation for my wasted time offered and you can only contact them by email and wait for their reply

Tiring experience
You have to bother to return the items you bought online You have to pay expensive shipping fee back and you get no information from them when the items received and it takes really long to get the refund ruins all shopping experience I will definitely not buy anything online again even though I like the brand That s pity
