I don t understand this I ordered 3 T-shirts XL abnormally large I wanted to return but I have to pay 92 SEK Now I m waiting for my money back

against better judgement I ordered from this website because I saw a shirt that I really really badly wanted I got the t-shirt delivered today and it was DIRTY it had two brown stains on it disgusting

Scam company

They re promising fast delivery but I got an email 13 days after I put my order in saying that the t-shirt is now on its way Too bad the theme party I was going to wear it to has already taken place

Not great

I ordered two t-shirts The first size I ordered was too big and Shirtstore helpfully changed them to a smaller size quickly I appreciated that However The printing on my two t-shirts was not great One was showing the cloth beneath it and the other had a small hole in a printed letter This was before I washed them too Perhaps I was unlucky They were fast at exchanging though which is good They have cool t-shirts but it is disappointing when the print is not put on perfectly

Ordered from out of country and was having multiple difficulties Pia from customer service was extremely helpful and did an outstanding job of assisting me until all issues were resolved Have not received the product yet but the customer service alone would make me a happily returning customer Great job Pia
