Was thinking about ordering this product until I read the reviews I wouldn t order nothing from you scamming LOWLIFE scambag They reviews is literally HORRIBLE I always read reviews before ordering One site got me before but never will happen again

Shopnatic better name would be shopnasty I have written about this company several times and still cannot get any remedial action from them Ordered the leather repair gel in May Only received 1 of the three ordered Still waiting for refund They promise to sort repeatedly but never do I see I m not the only one scammed by this company Please be warned do not deal with this company They are scammers unscrupulous with no conscience at all And by the way the 1 gel I did receive was the size of a sample and totally useless They will eventually reply with nice reassuring words which are all meaningless and lies J NZ

If zero stars was an option that s what shopnatic would get Product was charged to my MasterCard and never received No answer to where my product is They don t answer emails their links are just a run around Is there even a product Currently working with the MasterCard fraud department to rectify the charges

Absolute garbage company saw their advertisement on Facebook so figured they were legit Product never came they never responded to emails and the only communication is the generic response that is about to come when I post this review This company is a complete scam The automated generic response that is about to follow will say we are not a scam and please contact info

I m still waiting They have no intention of giving me my refund or sending the product I didn t receive nor the product they said they would send as an apology Liars scammers disgrace criminals How many others have they duped Judging by the reviews on Trustpilot this amounts to many I ll be placing another bad review on Trustpilot and will continue doing so as I need to warn as many people as I can about their illegal tactics They respond to emails sometimes always asking for more information as a further delay tactic They even asked me to delete my reviews from trustpilot and would then refund Foolishly I did thinking there were enough bad reviews to warn others already and still they don t give refund Worst company I have ever dealt with J NZ

Wrong delivery product colour Zero Replies

First the link to track the delivery wasn t updated When the product finally arrived it was what I ordered I ordered advance leather repair gel in different colours but didn t receive the colour I ordered I doublechecked the confirmation email to ensure I didn t order the wrong colour I emailed them twice and received zero replies

Do not use this company I ordered in April they took my money and I have recieved no leather gel or a refund I have sent lots of emails to two shopnatic email addresses but no response I have never had this experience before as I have been totally ripped off like other people Shopnatic if you read this send me my money back and don t tell me to email business shopnatic or info shopnatic emails as I have done this numerous times
