From the get go everything was exceptional From my initial enquiry which was dealt with immediately to having the shred done at my home it has been perfect But in particular I need to mention Sian Barnett who has been nothing but extremely helpful accommodating friendly and very professional I have had to cancel the Home Shred several times but she has always been very understanding Sian is a credit to your company The guy who came to do the Shred was also very pleasant and helpful
