Unbelievably bad Caution

Sharing my experience with Sick-Motos I purchased a header for the 701 from them on May 11 with delivery scheduled between May 17 and May 28 Before purchasing I confirm with them that item is in stock and I am assured it is On May 20 I send an email and I am assured the header would ship by the end of the week On May 27 I am told by the business owner he had a 10 day vacation but he will check the shipping timeline Having received no further information on May 29 I reach out again and I am told the header was shipped on May 11 but DHL did not scan it Clearly it was not true and the seller refused to process a refund when I asked to cancel my order At least on May 30 the seller delivers the package to the courier The package finally arrives and inside there is a header for a 450 I call and the response I receive is that I ordered the wrong header for the KTM 690 and not the one for the Husly 701 a distinction that is not even on the seller s website as it is the same part After this ridiculous attempt to pass blame and a phone conversation and having sent pictures of the header the seller acknowledges it was their mistake commits to send the header within 2 days and asks me to send the one I received directly to another customer of theirs The header is not shipped within 2 days as promised and I text to cancel my order I am leaving for several weeks so delivery could not happen I inform the seller that I have already packed the 450 header and will ship the following day I also ask the timeline of the refund and inform that I expect it to be processed immediately The seller cryes about having had a bike stolen that his father was the one responsible for shipping the header etc Regarding the refund I am told that when their other client will have received the 450 header from me then they will process the refund as if the risk of the shipment had to be on me I find all of this appalling My review of this business as you can imagine is very negative At this point my trust of this business is below 0 and they can organise their own courier package is ready I will hand the package over to their courier on the condition that the refund will have been processed If common sense does not prevail I will take legal action In the meanwhile I would reccomend anyone purchasing from their website to use exclusively PayPal with Buyer Protection I have screenshots of all the correspondence to back up all of the above
