I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 2 months My identity was verified as was my bank account address etc I tried withdrawing by check wire and bitcoin and each time the money was put back in my account without explanation When I contacted them through chat I was given an address to send additional info When I did I was told it was not good enough because I used a joint account So I sent a different bank account and then they blocked my emails Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups Ele Finance Manager email cannot be provided Your message wasn t delivered because the recipient s email provider rejected it Every time I try to contact them the email is blocked on their end Be aware they will never pay out any winnings so play someplace else like Chumba casino which is a legitimate site

Unbelievably rude and dishonest customer service Was delayed repeatedly but I kept pushing for my winnings They decided to change tactics Suddenly their CS reps said Oh you haven t completed you playthroughs This was a bald faced lie But there was no activity listings at least not one we had access to to verify I finally gave in and tried the playthrough I lost This is a dishonest disreputable and from what I hear unliscensed casino based out of Costa Rica If they ll go to this extreme for my measly 100 God only knows the crookedness that goes on that I didn t see DON T VISIT SILVER OAKS CASINO

I put in for withdraw it was approved by a manager but never receivedGet email and on-site message saying congratulations yet still no money in the account Then was told was not approved because of no deposit between coupons but all coupons had no deposit and it withdraw limits except for 100 00 on free spins My withdraw was for 96 bit was supposed to add the verification deposit from crypto didn t get any of that Bad business in my opinion don t trust enclave sites been waiting for days for response from silver oak no reply just more bonus code offers
