Fantastic customer service There was a problem with the order and the team went to a great deal of effort to make sure I had a hammock and stand that matched our requirements in time for my daughters birthday The stand was really quick and easy to assemble and seems really sturdy The hammock is lovely soft and really comfortable My daughter and her friends love it Thank you for helping to make it a really special day for her

What a breath of fresh air this company is I had never bought a hammock before and the one I ordered was too big Not a problem to send it back The correct hammock was found for me and I ordered it Only 1 clip came with it but no problem another clip turned up the next day The phones are answered promptly the advisors are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting you the product you desire The refund was prompt the service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company This is the only company I have dealt with that has provided proper customer service Excellent well done

Just one of the best hammocks

Just one of the best hammocks I have ever bought simple-as I have only ever bought one other which was fine but it got a bit wet so I replaced it with this one and wullah it fits a dream looks great and came with a carry-bag for when I need to transport it from A to B etc It s just a shame I can t give the weather 5 stars Don t delay buy now before everyone else does
