A Brightside To Being Blindsided

I recently got a bill from this company that I was not expecting because I signed up a year ago and never participated in their services I was upset initially because I clearly didn t even realize I owed money and was hit with their 150 00 fee--without a warning this year however I reached out to their company and explained why I felt I shouldn t be responsible for the payment and was told about their policy and I couldn t get a refund I didn t want to sound like a victim I clearly at some point should have read more fine print but long story short I got an E-mail the next day and they refunded me half of my payment I appreciated their handling of my situation and that they did something for me in my frustration I have only dealt with this company for a refund but their customer service is excellent

People my experience with Skill success is pretty good Any time you need their help they are ready to and even when I engaged the cancellation subscription with refund I received the refund in a few days Thanks to skill success support

The course is great so far but most importantly this company has amazing customer service and really cares about you I highly recommend them

Code provided wouldn t work

I recently purchased this lesson but I was having a difficult time with the code provided I went to Chat and a lady by the name of Grace came on She was very friendly and professional and checked on the code The code was valid but I was still unable to activate it She offer to active the code herself and got me on my way to learning Italian I m very satisfied with her help and guidance

Writing effective e-mails

I really love skill success link I learn important thing for example about e- mails It is not that my e-mails were bed after this class were better Imagine morning when people had to read lot of them effectiveness make a brighter work day
