I ve had a bad year health wise and started my learning journey with The Skills Network to keep my brain active On the two occasions I had issues with my health and not being able to submit an assignment on time they bent over backwards to support my needs and extended my submit date

A well organized and clear sign posting to all necessary websites for more detailed learning The learning experience was smooth and student oriented There was always support and feedback after every module This may be a level two but it really felt like a a more informative and interesting

Good online courses

I did a fully online digital marketing course through these guys learned a lot and received my certificate Work got checked in a good amount of time and the feedback was always helpful Can t fault it really very happy with my experience

It has been years since I ve studied and was worried I wouldn t understand or complete the course I ve just done my level 2 in caring for children and young people I found it difficult but had excellent support from the skills network team and my tutor dawn They were patient and understanding and answered all my questions My work was marked very quickly and my feedback was good My tutor kept in touch with me all the way through the course The course material was very informative and excellent and easy to grasp certain questions I was very happy with all the help I got the skills network learning supervisors were very helpful and friendly I enjoyed my course

I have taken a 12 weeks course on private interests during lock down and decided to a professional one as well when I was made redundant - this allowed me to enjoy the summer while covering my CV with studying between jobs Surprised not more people do it

Level 2 principles of customer seervice

This course is very insightful Tutors were very good and professional The feedbacks helped me to learn more and revisit my questions I had frequent checkup calls and emails to know how I was doing with my course and if I need any help I will recommend this to anyone Happy to update my CV with my new qualification

I really found the course on Dementia full of helpful information very organised and everyone was very helpful and encouraging I really enjoyed it and learnt so much I can now use my knowledge in my work that I do with people with different variants of dementia Thankyou so much for funding me keep up the good work x

Fantastic experience

The staff are really friendly and they will contact you and give you options on the courses they currently have The courses look fantastic and can help you gain skills that will look good on your CV You can learn anything it depends on the individual if they are willing to learn and put in the extra effort I am planning to study the funded courses I love learning In some countries you have to pay for courses that don t have funding options
