Issues with delivery Beware

Issues with delivery Beware Ordered products for my daughter s birthday No sign of them appearing in time Have contacted skinny tan twice only to be told they are waiting on their dispatch team coming back to them The items are now not going to arrive in time and I ve requested the order be cancelled and a full refund issued No response yet

First time buying this

First time buying this and there s an AWFUL chemical taste I cannot get rid of it and despite not applying to my chest my little one refuses to latch on saying that she doesn t like taste which is stressful as she s got a fever and I can t offer her comfort I m gutted for her I wish I d never tried this I haven t even developed a deep tan just a slight wash of colour

Poor communication poor service

Ordered bundle as a gift 6 days ago still not been despatched after numerous emails advised they hope it will arrive within the next 3-5 days items purchased as part of an 18th birthday gift No way it will be here in time Poor communication poor service Will not be purchasing from this company again

Skin Reaction

I bought the Strawberry Skinny Whip tan and it is a beautiful colour but unfortunately I like others came out in a itchy raised rash across most of my body a few hours after application Really gutted as the colour is brilliant There seem to be a lot of people having a reaction so I think Skinny Tan need to look into their ingredients I have used many other tans including fake bake st tropez st moritz bondi sands utan tone and I have never had a skin reaction like this

Beware - Paid but nothing received

I ordered the bundle 5 days ago and despite many many emails to the info customer services address I keep getting a stock standard answer that it should be with me in 3-5 working days I have already waited that long and before purchasing the bundle I checked delivery times and Skinny Tan advertised 2-5 business days With such worrying customer care I suspect all I can do now is pursue the case through legal channels So disappointed No phone number to speak to a real person either P S Free gifts are a con - disappear at checkout

Awful taste

The taste is horrendous I can t get rid of it it s so bitter The colour is great however does go patchy when wearing off also smells just like any other tan stinks But I just can t get over the chemical taste in my mouth not to mention my poor baby that I breastfeed I ve washed myself countless times and everytime lick my lips it tastes like nail varnish remover and my baby must be tasting the same thing i wish I never used it

Purchased a week ago no update

Placed an order a week ago for some items as a birthday present and have received no update from the company on the status of the order The courier tracking information just shows this as with the sender Pretty poor online buying experience Thankfully I bought well ahead of time so I have a few weeks before the item is needed

Skinnytan customer service stinks

I ve just been blocked on X for asking a genuine question about 1 of their products as I couldn t find how to get in touch with customer services I find that unprofessional disrespectful disgraceful What a horrible thing to do to a loyal customer

Faulty pump and poor service

I recently ordered 2 skinny tan mousses and both were faulty pump not working One was replaced the other not despite contacting the company and providing evidence of fault I ve been buying skinny tan for years but will no longer be a customer really poor customer service

All I can say is avoid this brand

All I can say is avoid this brand I have had 2 different bottles of face drops and they have both grown fungi in them The 2nd bottle was a replacement as I assumed for whatever reason that the 1st time was a one off but as it s happened again it makes me question just what is in their products to be growing mushrooms inside the bottle Not only this but the customer service is absolutely appauling They wont give me a refund and want me to send the products back to them I have decided instead to send the bottles to the ACCC for further investigation I m sure there are many more reputable brands out there as goodness knows what this fungi could possibly do if applied to your skin I m sure Skinny Tan will reply with whatever excuses but you have been warned
