Be aware of shipping times

Paid on 8th of June They said shipped on the 10th of June they had claimed the delivery would arrive in 12-30 days I had planned for it to hopefully arrive before the 14th of July but it did not arrive in time Now have just moved away to a different country so will not be able to get the parcel No clue whether the contents inside are accurate They denied my request for reshipment Bear this in mind before ordering from the company Perhaps look into other options where shipping is faster

Shipped to wrong zip code never got my package

They shipped my package with an incorrect zip code and I never got my package When I contacted their customer service they wouldn t believe me that the zip code was wrong and said they shipped it to the correct address despite USPS telling me it was a military base zip code not residential DO NOT TRUST Very shady business EDIT Skinorac replied to my review here and STILL won t acknowledge my package is lost They said it arrived but per the tracking link they included in their reply to me my package is currently in FL Still no refund despite me doing everything they asked calling USPS etc
