Express service is not express The website is a pretend Danish frontend located elsewhere
Express service is not express I chose the FedEx express delivery 48-72 hours ordered dec 3 The package is not moving since yesterday I contacted FedEx they told me that they do not know when the package will continue transit and that cannot guarantee delivery this week this means maybe 8 days instead of 2 to 3 days I tried to contact SkrueEkspress with the phone number on the website they do not help by phone I am now trying to cancel my order and awaiting a reply to my email I am not happy of the time I spend waiting and I am not happy of the website facade that shows a Danish front-end while the company is in fact located France I though that I was ordering locally and I am not happy that the FedEx express delivery is not express at all and totally unreliable I can see that other customers have the same issues

Excellent service and communication
I have made my first order on 21-Jun-24 and it got dispatched on the next day Unfortunately it didn t arrive to me I have contacted them on 26-Jun-24 and they offered me either refund or reorder on 1-July-24 I went with reorder and they dispatched it on 2-July-24 It arrived me on 8-July-24 I have made my second order on 8-July-24 and received it on 12-July-24 Same week Friday I am happy with their products and support I will reorder if I have sufficient time
