A life affirming experience

I ve just come back from the most wonderful 4 day group hike led by Grigor from Alps Adventures In total 13 of us completed the Tour de Mont Blanc Highlights hike starting in Courmayeur in Italy and taking us through Switzerland and then on to Le Tour near Chamonix Even though the weather wasn t always great we had a blast - challenging ourselves physically and mentally eating wonderful food the mountainside rosti on day 3 was to die for learning all about the local flora and fauna in each area that we passed through Grigor has an incredible bank of knowledge to draw upon which kept us captivated throughout and forging real friendships as the days passed I honestly can t recommend it highly enough Every single one of us left excited about being able to book our next trip It was genuinely life affirming

The 3 Peaks

The 3 Peaks A great trip 10 10 Excellent value for money and Simon our Mountaineer leader was superb Entertaining from start to finish he gave us great advice on navigating the 3 peaks Also kudos to Darren for his superb driving skills getting us to and from each location safely and in good time Overall a really enjoyable trip - with a great group of like minded people - good banter and great hiking All 3 peaks were very different experiences and challenging in different ways Well recommended

Nearly perfect

Nearly perfect In my opinion though the Toubkal would require one more day or at least a notice on how demanding is for those unexperienced Some extra info regarding the services available at Merzouga would be welcome amenities and food both in the shuttle hotel and the desert camp

An experience not to be missed

Finished the adventure 4 days ago missing the group such good company and camaraderie The canoe adventure was an experience not to be missed and has given me an appetite to try similar holidays in the near future All of us I think were out of our comfort zones but grew as a group We just got better Upshot is it was fantastic Thanks to our guides James and Geoff for looking after us and preparing some hearty camp food

Great value trip in a beautiful country

Can t recommend this trip highly enough From the planned itinerary to the trip execution by the local guiding company everything was extremely professional from start to finish The mountain team and the Sahara excursion team were truly fantastic big shout out to Omar on the mountain and Hassan our driver Their knowledge friendliness and wit really made this an unforgettable holiday The people of Morocco the sights of Morocco and the food of Morocco were the true stars of the trip such a beautiful country All of this wrapped up in a short trip that somehow manages to capture the best of a remarkable place I was also lucky enough to be travelling with a super gang of fellow travellers Just go and do it

Simply amazing

What an amazing trip From the first contact with Skyhook everything was organised and well communicated making me feel prepared and ready for the adventure ahead The Nordic Paddling experience was beyond all of my expectations The kit was of a high standard and our guide Sandra was extremely capable confident and fun to be around She gave the impression that she genuinely cared about us as individuals and of our enjoyment as a group Her passion for her job and the environment she works in was addictive and she is a credit to Nordic Paddling I won t give any spoilers but just to say that this trip was filled with nature at its best and most powerful and it has given me memories that will last a lifetime Book it you won t regret it

Excellent experience and highly recommend

Hiking Mount Toubkal was our first adventure with Skyhook and we were impressed from start to finish The booking process was easy and we felt the trip was incredible value for money Skyhook answered the questions we had in the run up to the trip and once we had arrived in Morocco we were welcomed in by a friendly and knowledgable team who were really well organised and made sure everything went to plan It was a tough hike given the hot weather but the guides kept checking the pace was ok for everyone and gave us plenty of breaks to make sure we were well hydrated and fuelled All in all this was a fantastic memorable trip We will definitely use Skyhook again as we have seen several other trips that look equally as amazing

Wow Returned home from this trip yesterday and already missing the spectacular views Very impressed with how everything is so well organised and thought of Our guide Laurance aka Lolita was so supportive friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to encourage and help all members of the group She was very much part of our group and it was a pleasure spending time with her as well as a fantastic group of new people This is a trip that I ll never forget and will cherish the memories forever Thank you

This was such a fantastic experience Although it was challenging the group was so pleasant and enjoyable The laughs and giggles campfires chats under the clothing lines and fighting midges made it hysterical and a wonderful trip to remember Our guide Rory was great and made us some spectacular meals throughout Felt pampered with all our 5 star meals Such a brilliant time
