WORST SERVICE EVER

The quality of their products is actually OK but this is by far the worst customer service I ve seen in an online Store Shipping takes on average 4 weeks and you 100 need to contact them to get an update on the order status They take forever to reply and are generally quite lost If you don t want to feel completely frustrated stay away from them

Avoid at all costs

Order placed 17 7 2020 which remains undelivered support tickets raised on 28 7 2020 9 8 2020 and 15 9 2020 which all remain unanswered After some further research it appears there are thousands of customers in this position globally And now news of a data breach Avoid

Shipment lost

Ordered custom cover 26th July and still nothing received 6th September Last time used this company 2019 and delivery time was very long then too They are using US Postal Service consignment mail to Europe and it is extremely slow For some reason one letter costs over 16 dollars to deliver Customer service proposed that they will produce new ones but I need to pay USPS cost again They don t take any responsibility of their own co-operation shipment company I don t recommend to use this company You are on your own if you use After a long wait order arrived without any notice a week ago Can t recommend this company in any way

Ordered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13

Ordered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13 Was shipped in August and its now October still nothing arrived Completely ignored emails for first month finally started responding and saying I have to track it down without giving any details or info on how to do this Needless to say I m unable to locate it 2 months on and they refuse to provide a refund Have offered to send it again so I ll update this review in January when the second shipment fails to make it too Just use ANYONE else even colouring in your device with a sharpie marker would be better than buying from these people

Garbage creased skin for any surface with a curve

I just tried putting on my AirPods Max skin I ordered from Slickwraps Garbage Poor quality Low-detail-print Much darker than the image I uploaded And worst of all not a single piece of the set fits the curves of the AirPods Max Creases and folds everywhere Looks horrible It should be illegal for them to use the images they use on their product pages in reality the skins look nothing like that They might attach somewhat decently for completely flat surfaces but for anything with a curve they become a creased mess

Slickwraps sold me 2 wraps then never delivered I chased them up only to be told it will take another 4 weeks 10 weeks later and no responses and I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back they waited until the last day of the PayPal case to resolve pushing the refund out again Absolute rubbish store that will not deliver or keep you informed DO NOT SHOP HERE THERE ARE FAR BETTER SELLERS OF WRAPS

Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever I have previously used this company and had a good customer experience I placed my order 12 31 21 and have yet to receive any sort of update All of my requests to contact have only been answered by automated replies stating shipment times may be extended 1-2 weeks and that response times are 7-10 business days it has been 11 weeks If you are that behind clearly state it on your website that orders may take 3 months or more to process

HORRIBLE If I could give ZERO stars I would Stay FAR FAR away from this company Their products are horrible quality and their customer service is non existent I requested a refund the same day after seeing how poorly the wraps were and I was never contacted back I wish I could get my money back The wraps are like printer paper Terribly thin no substance whatsoever What a scam Go elsewhere for wraps this company doesn t care
