I got the blush pink iPhone 14 MagSafe case and I love it I spent hours watching YouTube reviews on cases before deciding to go with this one I was worried about it picking up dirt quickly due to the light color- but it doesn t It looks new all the time which I have had a very difficult time finding with other brands of phone cases The only issue I had was that within just approximately 3 months there developed a big bulge where the MagSafe part is on the case Never had this happen with any case before so it appears to be some sort of defect Reached out to customer service and got a reply within 24 hours Thankfully rhinoshield is replacing it under their warranty Very pleased with the customer service of this company I will definitely be purchasing products from rhinoshield in the future

Stained case
My three month old white SolidSuit case has gotten stains that I can remove I contacted RhinoShield about this issue asking if there s anyway to properly clean it They told me the stains wouldn t come out and that I could receive a new one in a different colour if I wanted to according to the Lifetime Replacement Program I really enjoyed my experience talking with the customer support The solution they gave me was good and I felt from the first email that I was being taken seriously and that this was a safe and friendly environment for a customer like me I will not hesitate to contact RhinoShield if I have questions or problems in the future
