I sent a email to product support about a tire inflater that compressor would not start They replied quickly and are sending a replacement at no cost their customer service was the best

problem with the pump

We had a problem with the pump but when contacting Slime they followed up immediately and went above and beyond and quickly replaced the pump

Great service

They gave me a replacement for my malfunctioning tire inflator Thank so much that was great customer service I drive a lot use it often

Warranty Issue

It did take a few days to get a return phone call however the person I spoke to was helpful and went above what was required to resolve my issue

Great bike tubes and Slime stands by their product

I ve been using slime tubes for years in my road gravel and mountain bikes I highly recommend them and the company stands by their product I recently put in a new slime tube in my mountain bike and the tube burst while filling it with air It very well could have been that I installed the tube improperly but I wasn t sure I have installed many tubes over the years and anything is possible I contacted Slime and they immediately replaced the tube even though I might have been at fault This is the first time I ve ever had an issue with Slime tubes in many years of riding In closing I will continue to ride with Slime tubes in all my bikes Customer support is great

Expert Customer Service

I purchased the Expert Pro Power Tire Inflator Used it once and it was Great For whatever reason the next time I got it out to use it would not work I contacted Slime with my issue and they promptly sent me a new one Now that is good customer service

This stuff works

This stuff works I live in a puncture vine goat head capital of the world and because of my limited eyesight use a bike instead of a car Have pulled dozens of goat heads out of my bike and golf cart tires that were treated when they were new tires Over the years a couple snuck in so I simply retreated them I guess that s good for a year or two I ve gotten away with 3 tears I would be in deep doo-doo if not for this stuff
