The engineer that dealt with my issue was called James and he was from a company called Lion drainage The main wastewater drain was blocked He contacted me after I had reported the problem and made an arrangement to come over at a mutually convenient time This was followed up by a text confirming the appt which was helpful When he turned up he was polite respectful and had a can sort it attitude Always helpful and positive in times of stress He sorted the issue out gave advice and guidance explained stuff etc I felt he did a good job he was efficient and knowledgeable Thank you
