Stay clear is a nightmare to deal with and has no proper technicians to look at phones

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with After ordering an iPhone14 as an Xmas present I told mark this I ordered the phone on a Saturday and he told be it will be delivered on the Monday all week I was let down for delivery with excuses left right and centre with me having to txt him to find out when it was going to be delivered at one stage he rang me and did he would give me an iPhone15 instead because of all the delays the following Sunday txt again to say if he couldn t deliver the phone that I wanted my money back 550 so he txt back asking if white would do the original colour I picked out was blue I said ok a week later he delivered an iPhone14 not 15 but I didn t mind because I had paid for a 14 and was just happy I received it I checked the phone after I got everything seemed fine it was put away till Xmas when setting it up on Xmas morning it was coming up in the settings to finish the repair of the broken back screen so I did that a few days after Xmas we noticed the phone wasn t receiving calls or messages so when checked it said there was an issue with the network service to do a diagnostics run to see what it was it came up it was a hardware issue I txt Mark on the 2nd of Jan explained about the phone he rang me said he was only getting over the flu and wouldn t be back open till the 6th he said will you txt me tomorrow to remind me which I did he never replied i txt mark again on the 6th of Jan he said the weather was bad and he would see what was like tomorrow Never heard anything and on Thurs the 9th I seen his story that he was in his shop so I txt to see was he open that I would drive to down to give him the phone to get it fixed he said he was I went down he asks what was wrong again and to give him 24hrs and that if it couldn t be fixed he would replace it I could see on the phone he left it in the shop that night and Fri and then took it home to his house Fri evening still hadn t heard anything from him I txt him then Sat to ask was there any word he told me it was in with a technician and he would update me when ready I didn t have much confidence him updating me So I asked have you got a timeframe that he had told me on Thurs 24hrs and he said yeah that s usually what it takes depending on the issues Knowing full well he never brought it anywhere I told him I could see where the phone was and where it is now at his house He gave me some bull about it only got collected yesterday and repairs and stock was only delivered to him cos he wasn t around he was out delivering he was in the hairdressers with his son he would check on phone when he got home That night he rang me saying his guy who looked at the phone isn t really an apple guy so he s trying to run the diagnostics on it but there s no space and that could be apart of why it s not reading the sim I told him that s not the reason why that has nothing got to do with the sim it never affected his other phone I asked him to delete stuff and he said he might have to do a factory reset I said yeah go ahead do what you need to well he couldn t do that said you needed Face ID so I bought storage so he could download the diagnostics he sent me a photo to show it backing up and would update me at this stage I m thinking he hasn t a clue what he s doing and that he is his man that doesn t know much about apple phones Sunday again I txt after not hearing from him asked him did he get anywhere he said he didn t do anything while it was backing up but would bring it back to the shop the next day to check it again he also said on Sat that he would put his sim into it with credit on it to see if that works I told him I tried my sim and that s bill pay and so is my sons so it s not that Monday comes and not a word all day from him and I can see he s in an industrial estate in Ballyfermot 5 mins from where I live and then he was in clondalkin I txt him at 7 54 that night telling him I wanted my money back was sick of txting him he got onto me said yeah he had tried his sim in it and it didn t work 5 days later and he only doing it that day he said if I wanted he was getting more in stock tomorrow he could give me a new phone then at this point I don t trust him at all I told him no I wanted my money back he said no problem that he was out when he gets home he would see what his wife had on her Revolut that s who I had sent the money to didn t hear back that night next morning I requested my money back to his wife few hrs go by still nothing I remind the request and he rings asking if he drives up now is my son there to do the Face ID to do reset I said no bring it to a phone shop he said couldn t be done to Google it I did and sent it to him ended up getting money back I can t even talk about the phone conversation I m running out of words but he wasn t giving all my money back until the Face ID was done wanted to send some on Revolut and rest cash when it was done wasn t until I said I would shame him all over Facebook and instagram I got my money back
