The Most Honest Headshop Out There

I have been purchasing products from Smokeday for a few years now and let me just say my experience has been overwhelmingly positive The prices on the site are incredibly cheap as compared to other online retailers while the quality of most products is quite high Sure I ve had one or two of my purchases break but that was mostly because of negligence on my part They always ship incredibly quickly their products have always arrived on time or before they should have and I have never been disappointed For anyone out there wondering if this site is worth buying from I can assure you that you wont be let down

Customer service is amazing I m always skeptical buying glass from the internet But this site puts me at ease I ordered a bong slider and it actually came without a hole in it I took a picture and emailed and within a day they sent me tracking details for a new one they sent out free of charge Would definitely do business again Thanks guys

First one arrived broken Smokeday took care of me

I ordered a large glass piece almost 20 tall with lots of complex stuff and eagerly anticipated my delivery A week later I received a pile of broken glass carefully wrapped in bubble wrap Look stuff happens in shipping These are glass items and they are fragile and shipping companies are shall we say not known for their delicacy in handling boxes Smokeday s staff was excellent We wrote them explaining the situation and they immediately assisted us with starting to work with the carrier to get the issue taken care of Two weeks later and I ve received my new replacement piece checked it over in every way and it arrived PERFECTLY--on the re-ship they clearly padded it really well--took me about 10 minutes just to cut away all the wrap Excellent price beautiful piece Thank you so much to Smokeday for being on it and following through with replacement Very happy customer and I ll be a repeat customer soon Thanks
