Superb service

Simon at SMR Locksmiths came to change our locks when we moved into our new home I really cannot fault the service received - he was efficient informative polite and professional Would highly recommend

Key extraction - Great service

Extremely happy with the service SMR Locksmiths provided Our key had snapped off inside the lock so we were unable to leave the house without being locked out SMR extracted the key quickly and provided other useful tips on improving lock security and door maintenance They arrived at the time they said they would and were very straightforward and easy to deal with Would highly recommend

Dead Lock Night Latch Replacement

Needed to replace an old Yale night latch and dead lock on the front door of a property that just had renovation This was the third time we used Przemek to carry out lock work on our properties Przemek was able to accommodate a suitable time on short notice and was on time before I even got there The work was done during the freezing weather which was not ideal However both locks were replaced accurately Przemek went the extra length to realign our door knocker as well All in all a fantastic job at a reasonable price Very pleasant professional Highly recommend

Our front door would not open

Our front door would not open When we did manage to open it the door would not close Simon came out within a few hours of calling him He realigned the door and now closes very well and even the lock works better too Would definitely recommend

This is the GoTo company for all lock repairs I have used this company before and would highly recommend them Quick response excellent and thorough workmanship Reasonable charges Polite and very knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble Job well done

Skilled diligent courteous

Simon expertly and seamlessly solved my French Window lock security problem He was courteous no fuss diligent and obviously highly skilled That was in March 2022 This month February 2023 I locked myself out of my mother s flat and was unable to get in to care for her she s 98 Simon dropped everything though it was supper time was round within 20 minutes communicated his arrival via text and then again quickly and easily solved my problem Courteous and diligent in all respects Thank you Simon
