Upv balcony door was jammed Before arriving I received a full breakdown of costs - from realigning door to replacing locks He also provided a clear time window of when he would come over and followed up with a text when on his way Simon was methodical professional Price was reasonable I would recommend

Very happy customer Simon was professional and punctual We had discussed the possible scenarios of what the lock issues were before he arrived and he was very helpful and polite He came prepared with the extra pieces we needed and worked quickly and efficiently Will definitely be asking for his help again when needed

Excellent Work at a Fair Price

I needed a locksmith urgently and received a very swift professional and reliable response from this company Many many thanks to Simon who came out and did a fantastic job Simon was punctual solution-focused and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem which turned out to be the mis-alignment of the door and some other structural issues In this day and age it can be difficult to trust trades people but I can recommend this company and Simon in particular without any hesitation Many thanks again for a great job

Simon was pretty good new cylinder reasonably price and he had the job done in no time Also provided some handy links for me to use to get additional keys Will definitely recommend him

The locksmith came earlier than anticipated and was very professional with his advice which I took and which saved me money Very pleasant man and would definitely recommend him

I found them to be very knowledgeable

I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful arrived on time and talked through the options I had Front and Rear doors changed and tested multiple times before payment was taken

Quick efficient helpful and affordable

I called Simon at 7 30 this morning as I was away from home and had a dog sitter living in our house when he couldn t get back in with the key he holds for us I explained the situation to him and that I needed someone to be there within 2 hours when the dog sitter would be back with our keys so simon could work out why the door wasn t opening Simon gave me full break down of likely costs to which I said all more than acceptable just please make sure everything is ok Simon arrived and sorted the problem very quickly he also diagnosed that the lock had never been installed properly 6 years ago and fixed that for us as well He was incredibly helpful very efficient and amazingly affordable for the speed of response and quickness of repair 100 recommend his services

Superb service

I can t recommend this company highly enough As well as being polite friendly and punctual Simon is clearly someone who takes pride in his work He did a wonderful job and the new locks look so good that they re putting the door to shame but I can t complain about that He comes highly recommended so I didn t shop around for quotes but the prices seemed perfectly reasonable to me I m a very happy customer

Simon replaced both locks for me in rapid time Polite professional great value great advice I went for a Security upgrade cleaned up afterwards I d used Simon a couple years ago and wouldn t hesitate again great job
