I purchased a pair of pants from this company and needed to return them for a refund All within the policy guidelines However when I asked to return them I was asked to keep them at a minimum charge and they would send me another pair I declined this offer and requested again for return info and learned that I would need to return them to China with a possible extra charge and not until their China counterpart receives the item would I receive a refund No place in their Refund Policy it this mentioned It is implied the process is easy
