DISGRACEFUL

This is the very worst shopping experience I have ever had I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED It took forever to arrive When it did it has not been hemmed at all The length was not even The zip had been sewn over so could not function The fabric smelled putrid- The company ignored many attempts to chase up- Then they send you the most stupid emails begging you to keep the item offering a discount to keep an item that you not possible wear- Then they asked for me to consider given the beautiful item to a friend as gift- They eventually after 10 emails advised that if I posted it back at my cost they would refund- They did not so had to be chased again- They did not refund either postage- The postage cost more than the purchaseThey have no morals whatsoever
