The order shipped and arrived quickly However one of the products was incredibly low quality - I ordered a 4 pack and received a 2 pack and they tore immediately I contacted customer service and sent proof of the issue and they refunded me less than a quarter of the value of the product and then ask me to return it unopened if I want a full refund which is impossible The customer service agents are clearly uninterested in my issues as a customer and have no intention of reading my emails One of the worse customer service experiences I have had

Service was good and quick but

Service was good and quick but the socks themselves weren t great quality After one wash the elastic around the tops was coming loose

Item arrived late poor communication

Item arrived late despite paying next day delivery Received no tracking information until I reached out to them to ask what was happening They did refund my delivery in all fairness but either way the item was late and communication was poor The socks are nice though

Not very good

I bought these for my son and husband Judging by other people s reviews l thought these would keep their feet warm Unfortunately both felt the docks were not as warm as stated I would have returned them if they hadn t used them

Package dumped outside my front door

The goods received were as expected and I am very pleased with them However I am very disappointed with the courier The driver dumped the parcel outside my front door and did not even ring the doorbell to alert me of delivery Would Sock Snob or Evri taken responsibility if the package had been stolen in the intervening period between dumping and me finding it

Still not received my item since ordering on the 15th Dec The website said next day delivery Very disappointed as expected to receive it before Xmas Cursty the person I spoke to kindly offered me a refund Now being near Xmas I have to reorder

Not what I ordered

I ordered a multi pack of 9 socks However three packs of three patterned socks arrived Not what I wanted but as it was a present I didn t have time to send back complain Not what was shown on the photo Rapid delivery

Socks feel good but lose shape

Socks feel good but lose shape after first washing and don t look good Also they leaked colour and made my T-shirts and toenails grey

Several of the airs of socks got a hole in first one of wearing I wrote to the company to tell them and then never even replied to my complaint

Poor quality of cheaper items are pretty

Quality of the cheaper items are pretty poor I bought several of the cheaper gloves and socks and they are not worth the money Cheap feel and materials and smaller sizing than they should be Will be returning half of my items as the quality should be better when you re paying 7 for a pair of socks or gloves
