Where is my chocolate
I placed an order on 24th October and they state they are processed in 2 to 3 days but I have not any update I emailed them last week to ask what was happening and received an automated email saying they would respond in 3 days but nothing On the confirmation order they direct you to a website which says coming soon even though there is a live site They appear to have been trading for a while with no negative reviews so I wish they would respond and let me know what is happening as I have paid my money and just want what I have paid for

I placed an order on 29 October and have not received it Have emailed twice and had no acknowledgement This was a birthday gift that is now 10 days late No phone number to contact Where is my order
