Outstanding Customer Service

I am new to Softwarekeep and placed an order for Windows 11 I didn t get an email with my license key and download instructions I used the chat option and Joe came on and saw that I put my email address wrong on the order He immediately fixed it and I got the email He then offered to stay online while I downloaded the software in case I had questions I told him I was not that tech savvy and that my son would take care of it A pleasant interaction with Joe with quick and through service I will look first to Softwarekeep on any future needs

The technician that assisted me Joe was very patient and helpful He was dealing with someone new to the MAC and I had no idea what I was doing but he patiently waited for the info he needed from me I needed to re-install software and accomplished what I needed Thank you very much for your assistance

Easy download fantastic support

I bought Microsoft Office 2016 to download onto my Mac M1 I hate Microsoft 365 When I ran into a snag installing it I called their number and got a person right away He then very patiently stepped me through the process Highly recommend

I made a purchase for Mac Office 2011 Realizing after the fact I download and nothing would happen I read the email sent with the zip file My Mac is from 2021 and not compatible I emailed them and sent screenshoots of the situation and within 48hrs I was refunded Even though this purchase did not workout for me I will definitely comeback for other ditigal purchases
