DONT ORDER FROM SOKO GLAM

The first time I ordered from soko glam the company shipped my item the next day but then I ordered once again on May 23rd and it s now June 1st and my item has still not been shipped And because I demanded not so nicely for my money to be refunded they did refund me but then banned me for life from buying from them Now this email I got from someone named Lili told me I m no longer able to purchase for soko glam and I m not sure why she thinks that hurts me cause I would never give this so called company another dime OH BY THE WAY I GOT A REFUND AFTER I THREATENED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE DON T BUY FROM SOKO GLAM BELIEVE THE REVIEWS Also go to the website glassdoor and look at what employees are saying about this company They say the products are NOT high quality and the CEO is not a nice person I would agree with that

i ordered on the 2 of february 2023

i ordered on the 2 of february 2023 I checked on to the tracking and it has been on the same spot for over 10 days so I emailed soko and they said that the order had been shipped back to them they told me that they would just send it back to my address and so they did a month later the same thing happened THEY ARE A SCAM

They make up taxes to charge extra

Placed an order and was charged 3 mysterious taxes Some NYC tax special tax etc Wrote them a message regarding that - no response Fishy business never again Shopping with companies based in Korea instead no tax no shipping

Not a great experience

Not a great experience They take forever to ship a product to Europe more than 3 weeks and their return policy is rubbish a customer has to pay and they claim natural origins to their products but they contain petroleum and silicone Won t be buying from them again Avoid

I purchased a product similar to another product I use regularly This is supposed to be the same ingredients These ingredients usually cause a peeling exfoliation within days I bought a package of 3 None of them worked I contacted the company to let them know that it was either a defective batch or one of those that really don t use the products on the label I was basically told too bad I want to warn you that you are probably receiving a product from China and it is doubtful that the actual product you think you are getting is what you will receive I won t order from Soko Glam again and I wanted to warn any other pontential customers to not waste their month

Awful Experience

I spent an hour on the website super excited about picking out the most highly rated products I placed my order and it was cancelled by Soko Glam days later I sent an email asking for help and was brushed off with a generic response I spent more time to re-place my order and they cancelled it again I sent another email to ask why and was ignored HORRIBLE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sokoglam Does Not Put The Customer First

Sokoglam does not ship in 1-2 business days as advertised on site The only way to reach customer service is through email with a 1-2 business day wait Definitely not customer friendly policies which demonstrates that sokoglam does NOT put the customer first

Lied about shipping date late gift missing items

I ordered a number of sheet masks for my sister s birthday After placing the order I got an email saying one mask had since gone out of stock so it wouldn t be in the order I immediately responded and asked to substitute another mask in but was told they couldn t do that because they had already shipped the order so if I wanted the additional mask I d have to pay a second shipping fee Cut to my sister s birthday the next week when she didn t even have the package I checked the tracking information and it didn t ship until three days AFTER they told me it had Super frustrating customer service will not be using again

Soko glam is altering original K beauty formulas with fillers

Soko glam is altering the formulas sold on their site with cheep petroleum based fillers Take a look at the swanicoco peptine ferminatation eye cream there is glyercin and other fillers added and the peptides are lower concertation These fillers are not in the formula sold on swanicoco yet Soko glam claims to be the same product I posted a review about this which they refuse to post and they will not answer my question on why the formula lists don t match I also emailed this to them and they told me they contacted swanicoco and that the formulas are the same But when I sent back swanicocos formula list and Soko Glam s formula list with the clearly different ingredients they never got back to me Shame on you Soko Glam for misleading your western consumers and lowering quality with crap fillers

They have great product but

They have great products but they are pretty expensive I want to order from the again but after like a month or two I got my package so the shipping was really slow But a couple weeks I got my package they started to take money from my bank account it wasn t a big amount of money but they drew like 10 or so and I didn t understand why because I already paid for everything thin shipping tax fees and the products They never gave back the mine but It s not that is the fact that they had my bank info and that they could draw my money was scary
