The university takes ages to reply to some important issue The London campus is a mess always dirty bathrooms are always wet and dirty classes are super hot in this weather they seem not to have enough people to work and help students in need I am trying to get them my attendance aproval for months already so my student finance can be paid and nothing is solved nobody replies emails when they reply they say that in 5 days it will be replied back 5 days passes and NOTHING happens I hope that after this review someone will pay attention to my claims As this is simply unaceptable

you ask for help on an issue and will tell you go check on something that the teacher doesnt even know what it is ex i need my university email it tells me check the master sheet the teacher doesnt even know what the master sheet is how am i supposed to know and that doesnt help me i am also the only black woman in the class and only person who hasnt gotten it update everyone got a cool student email and they told me my student email is the same as my emaili regret coming here my kind is deeply not welcomed here and the email read SENIOR registry so the senior is doing this
