First Dance Framed Prints
I ordered a first dance print for my daughter and son in law s 1st wedding anniversary but being my usual disorganised self I left it to the last minute Song Lyrics saw the date of the anniversary only 3 days away and went above and beyond to make sure I received it in time I ordered a second one for one of my other daughter s and son in law s 2st Anniversary but after confirming order I realised I had not entered their names or wedding date Song Lyric s telephone number was easy to find and the phone was answered almost immediately by a person Very unusual nowadays They were extremely helpful friendly and polite and amended my order A preview is sent by email which is really helpful and both framed prints are beautiful I will definitely order from this company again and definitely recommend them They really do go the extra mile for their customers

Great product and excellent customer service
I ordered the Square Vinyl Record Wedding Photo Grey Script Any Song Lyric Wall Art print for my first anniversary and forgot to include express delivery I emailed customer Service and received a quick reply from Victoria who was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable she kept me informed up until it had been delivered and was able to get my item delivered on time for which I am eternally grateful

Great service
My order arrived just within the stated deadline but when I contacted these guys they replied so quickly 5 minutes Great paper and print quality too Well packaged and protected All positive stuff When I gave the print to my best friend he was blown away by the personal touch of that particular song but also said that the quality of the paper and print was some of the best he d ever seen Such a wonderful imaginative gift for anyone and the range of ways to personalise it are great A great gift is lovely but the personal details included really are the icing on the cake
