SCAM ALERTI recently purchased a White Fox tracksuit from this shop and I m incredibly disappointed The quality of the product is shockingly poor cheap material and doesn t feel authentic at all It seems fake or at the very least far from what I expected for the price To make matters worse the returns policy was not made clear until after my purchase When I tried to return the item I found out that the return shipping costs over 20 which is ridiculous for a 45 purchase The fact that the customer has to cover the return shipping with no support from the company is unacceptable I would not recommend this shop to anyone The poor product quality and unreasonable return policy have completely turned me off from ever shopping here again

Don t order from this site Says it s a London based company but the clothes are shipped from China and are all fake and terrible quality like not even wearable quality Can t even return anything to them as they expect you to pay shipping fees which for me were over 50 and most likely wouldn t even get a return Have asked to make a complaint and they have fully ignored my message Honestly just pay a little bit more and check you re buying clothes from the actual retailer cause these guys are a nightmare Don t want anyone else to get caught like me

Scam This company are selling cheap and poorly made tracksuits that they advertise as White Fox and they also use official photos of the goods which are not theirs I ordered tracksuits and was conned They are not the fit of white fox and very cheap material They also present as if they are coming from the UK they do not advise any returns go back to China let alone at a cost to customer They also advise goods are delivered within 2 days presenting as if they are UK based Then send emails day later that goods are delayed They must know they can t get them from china in the time they tell you upon ordering but seem to present as in the UK This is disgusting I now have 2 tracksuits that don t fit as they should and are very cheap in quality The material does not equate to what you pay They are now not responding to my emails Please please do not buy from them They are scamming people My daughter just out on a birthday present and I was out of pocket so couldn t replace Very sad and extremely upsetting These companies need investigating

Terrible Spent over 60 for the worst quality tracksuits not even joking when I say I wore it for half a day and the bottoms bobbled up completely And customer service say it s my responsibility to pay to return Usually there are return options when you recieve your package I feel like this is a complete scam Comes from China and takes weeks to come Don t purchase from here
