SOS Parts are a global company with global shipping The UK website cleverly disguised this fact so the part we ordered is coming from Paris via The Netherlands and is still not in the UK a week later A week without our washing machine and we are no further forward than if I ordered the part from a UK supplier today And I can never return it as I will have to pay international shipping so no warranty In my opinion this practice should be made illegal it is SO inconvenient and disadvantagious to the buyer I am not allowed to swear on here so I can t tell you what I really think about this company

I ordered a part which was the wrong size I paid the cost to return the part 10 50 as it had to be returned to FRANCE - be aware this company are not based in the UK and no free returns I paid for a signature upon receipt The returned part was received and signed for Now 7 weeks on SOS have still not refunded me although I have written twice and now being ignored Be aware of ordering parts from this company just in case it is the wrong part and 0 support to follow up Having posted this review on Trust Pilot SOS has issued my refund today For the record the part was returned and signed for by a person at SOS which I also provided to SOS twice when chasing the refund previously so that part HAD been received

Ordered a replacement milk carafe for a Delonghi coffee machine The photos made it fairly clear which one to order although my model was not listed as being supported on the website It took about 9 days from payment to delivery which given I paid 7 for delivery seems a little long Pleased to see a genuine brand new product arrive this morning
