Hello investors please DO NOT invest in any project of this company They are totally fake or scam Because they do not keep the promise they made before launch First of all the construction process took much longer than expected During this period no information was provided by company officials No written or verbal explanation was made regarding the reason for the delay Secondly Instead of the 11 net rental income given before the launch a rent offer of 5-6 was made after the launch Most importantly no information was given about the fact that the land registration process would take more than a year in UK Therefore you may have difficulties in transferring money due to legal regulations in your country Even though I repeatedly asked for help from company officials to fix this issue No assistance was provided to speed up the land registration process Because they think that this problem is not caused by them and claim that the problem is caused by you And they do not care about any problems of investors They treat investors just like slaves Because there is no other way to confiscate the 25 deposit they took from you in the first place That s why they keep the deposit rate so high to avoid withdrawal situations Even though I wanted to solve this issue myself I asked for help many times No attempt was made to help by them I couldn t find anyone at the company I could contact Please Do not invest in anything without knowing it or without seeing it Please do not give your money to these people This company has to explain why it did not provide enough information to investors before construction began They should also explain why the Land registration process is taking so long or more than a year You cannot just say that this is a normal process going on in UK Because this is NOT a normal process especially when you purchase a property Because of this company s wrong information and lack of proofs my bank has blocked my GBP account I was not allowed to transfer any money due to lack of legal document you did not provide as proof Are these all true or a nightmare I am a cash buyer I still can not believe what I lived What happened then They confiscate my 25 deposit which is around 44 139 pound They still behaving as if something did not happened Poor you

Terrible property investment platform I engaged one of the Sourced franchisees Robinson and Hardings Investments Limited to source property deals and despite paying over 6 000 in sourcing fees no deals have been sourced or completed Despite the Franchisee acknowledging a full refund is due to date I only received excuses as to why the refund is not paid The Franchisee has now gone MIA Overall the experience with Sourced has been poor and like so many others I m out of pocket having paid for services never received This is a scam investment platform and I recommend avoiding at all costs Sourced s assertion that they are not responsible for the actions of their Franchisee s is absurd Franchisees pay a fee to Sourced who as Franchisor provide training regarding sourcing and completing property deals and all Franchisees operate under the Sourced brand Investors are funnnled to the Franchisees via the Sourced investment platform app All contractual agreements are provided by Sourced and Sourced provides ongoing training and mentoring to Franchisees regarding the operation of their business so to suggest Sourced are not responsible for the condcut of a Franchisee who is following the Sourced business model and training is a farce

Unprofessional Service - I don t think I have dealt with anyone who have been so cagey and weird I signed a contract with sourced for property introductions with a Ed Harding and provided all my ID But whichever sourced agent you use the result is always the same Whenever I am introduced to a property the guys deliberately withhold most of the information Its just a waste of time you have to keep on contacting them for bits of information They told me about a property in Doncaster saying we cant give you the address but the first bit of the post code is DN4 Well that covers most of Doncaster They never give you the address and before you go further they tell you there is another buyer seriously interested This has happened so many times that I am sure they are lying How can you buy a property when you don t know the address They then pressurise people into buying One sourced agent said to me you don t have to worry about anything look at the figures trust us and just pay the deposit for the property Well you cant tell me about figures people from Sourced I am a Chartered Accountant I know all about figures and estimates thank you In the end I told them straight I am a property investor not a drug dealer or someone criminal that you should deal with your clients in this way especially since I signed a contract with you Ridiculous

DO NOT USE They have had my money for three months and nothing now want take calls or reply to emails it s one BIG fat CON and I m 400 pounds lighter ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Do NOT spend any of your hard earned money with any of these people The numbers you see on the potential returns are absolutely inflated to the top to make it look appealing and have zero reflection to reality I invested with Shahid 8600 sourcing fee ridiculous in two SAs in Manchester It was advertised as potential average returns around 900 pm This now is the 3rd month and I always need to put money from my pocket to cover rent and bills They are absolutely dishonest and disgraceful AVOID AT ALL COSTS To understand how dishonest they are go to their website and scroll down They proudly show that they have 5stars on trustpilot when they have 2 clearly seen here Absurd UPDATE Few weeks after the initial comment I was contacted by Shahid and was bullied All because I want the keys to the apartments that I legally possess That was because the management company Beehosting he put in place is completely incompetent and underperforming This has led to massive financial losses and stress on a daily basis Now I need to take the matter through the legal route and spend even more money on legal fees AVOID AVOID AVOID

More focussed on there fees and kept changing and missing out additional cost on deals I would get involved with these Arthur Daleys of property Avoid the sauce at all costs

I lost a car and over 30k to one of there franchisees The figures on deals are guesswork and they are focused on taking there fees first They avoid the process of taking the fee on completion of deals which reputable businesses do I would avoid them at all costs and have deleted there app and avoided all communication I would go through property redress but there members have paid and it s biased Do not use any franchises of this company or use the app as there focus is on draining your cash Avoid all deals and anything to do with property

They are a scam company Never invest with them Have invested in 2020 and they have neither started the development nor are returning any money after continuous chasing It s a big scam company Do not trust them at all wi th your hard earned money
