I have been with Sourced for a few months now as a franchisee On the bespoke CRM system we have access to lots of training marketing unlimited support from the team This has helped me look at properties from a different perspective and structure deals correctly using the right diligence I have already built up relationships with various investors different people across the organisation I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get involved in property investment will require support to get their business of the ground like myself

I have worked with a number of Sourced franchisees on a JV basis and have always been impressed with their conscientious and diligent approach I have no plan to stop collaborating on JVs as they have been extremely lucrative so far

Bought a deal off Ravi and I m pleased to say it is performing a lot better then I could have hoped for Ravi helped me understand the process from start to finish and his service was exceptional

I was interested in property investment when I approached Lee George and Sam Latarche I m glad I did as they was very helpful They ended up sourcing a great HMO deal for me and we are now working to get my next one I highly recommend using the services of Lee and Sam
