Issue with sourced franchise member mis-guided with 3 people and submitted accounts 0 and PRS awarded us 3 people to refund money ASAP not paid us back so we are going to take court claim and legal action to recover money if anyone has bad experience please come forward so we can fight together also sourced co uk managment team are not interested to help us i did request couple of time guys wasted 8 months time please don t invest stop and expose whoever has done property fees fraud not offered deal and save people loosing their hardworking money

I invested 15 000 with a sourced franchisee who subsequently disappeared I tried to contact sourced but all they said was they have taken the franchise off them and are no longer anything to do with Sourced I have been in contact with other investors who have literally lost thousands to the same franchisee There are much better ways to invest your money in property out there personally any property business that has any connections with Sourced I would stay well clear from it is a hard and expensive lessen to learn so be very very careful

This is a GENUINE NAME AND REVIEW Trustpilot if you wish to contact me via email I am happy to speak with you to confirm who I am See Below This company has now complained to Trustpilot and had my other account blocked I would be VERY CAREFUL of this new I would be VERY CAREFUL of this new start company and its directors as they have no history to speak of 1 When asked for they are not willing to hand over any history of the directors business experience or give us a business contact who could vouch for them 2 One of the directors has had a failed company dissolved by companies house yet he claims that business was resounding success 3 We asked for details of that company pring co uk yet he refused to inform us about it 4 Considering anyone would be handing over 12K inc VAT the investigation into the companies history and its directors is a valid one 5 The Franchise agencies have not heard of this company and could not recommend this company to us BUYER BE WARE This is the email I sent to this company asking for more information on their franchise business and they replied saying they where not providing further information and would not be taking my application further Dear StephenThank you for the call today To be honest whilst I found it very interesting it has not as yet convinced me to go ahead with the franchise Your webinar tonight did nothing to convince me it came across as you where holding a lot back simply to pump the customer for money to hear more I understand you are a new outfit and respect the fact you have no history with Sourced as such and have not even produced accounts as yet but your previous company Pring by all accounts was struck off Can you explain why this is so if it was such a great idea why did you not keen it open in conjunction with sourced I would have thought it was a great way to gain investors etc Also your home address is a small house in Warrington not what I would have thought a guy who does big deals would live in to be honest and who has been at the property game for many years None of the franchise agencies I have spoken to have heard of you nor have you sought out affiliation with them I would ask you for a reputable business contact I can contact on my own to verify your business and stand to your character I might be making a mountain out of a molehill here and sounding a little paranoid but I have been ripped off far too many times regarding property I trust you will not take offence and will take it as my keeness to get involved I look forward to your replyRegards TO REPLY TO SOURCED BELOW I simply asked for basic information and personal information as I was intending to invest in this company Mr Moss writes below that I wrote to him suggesting that I still wish to invest THIS IS NOT TRUE I said in the final email sent to him after he released my name to the internet that if he had provided the info I requested I would have invested What is the problem with providing a business contact who can vouch for him and also financial records etc This man refused to even acknowledge my request for information and simply said we will not be taking the application further If they have nothing to hide then they should have answered the basic financial and personal questions which they did not 12K is a lot of money which I can t afford to loose It shows rather well that this company is not prepared to share any information as they protest so much about being asked See below as a direct quote form the email Mr Moss mentions below Even now he has failed to provide the contacts etc to vouch for him I still am very keen to get involved if you can provide a person or company you have dealt with that can confirm your business and your character
