Pressure selling at its finest I had been back home about an hour after a 4 hour journey back from holiday when there was a knock at my door from a young girl and chap She introduced herself and told me a neighbour had told her I had children she must have been watching my house or something She asked to come in to my home but I told her my house was chaos as we had just got back from holiday She then proceeded to talk through the products she was selling even asking me to bring one of my children out to see them on my doorstep I spent an hour on my doorstep listening to the pressure selling and to get her to leave so I could go in I signed up I m weak don t judge

We received our books and there is misinformation in them I highlighted this and was told the misinformation is universally accepted as being correct The reply to my email was very rude filled with screen shots that have been googled I can also google how many sides does a circle have and the correct answer comes up straight away Very disappointed at the customer service received

Never received the books customer support number is fake Link to the apps do not work you get error 404 page not found Had to phone the bank who said it sounds like a scam they have now cancelled my payments along with disputing all previous payments I strongly advice anyone who joined these to do the same

These people bully their way into family homes and guilt trip them when they say they don t want to purchase They disclose addresses names ages AND photos of children in areas that use the products They re currently making the rounds in large military areas and using these tactics which is down right dangerous to every single serving personnel when their information is being shared to anyone and everyone These people shouldn t be allowed to do this and need refusing entry at the door I know that I wasn t going to let my family be put at risk for a few overpriced books

Rang my doorbell at 9 pm when I m getting my child ready for bed Wouldn t a legit business try to sell their merchandise during normal business hours I didn t answer the door but our security camera allowed us to take pictures of the person and car We called the cops and they stated that they were legally registered to sell in our area but unfortunately they didn t have restricted hours so they can sell at whatever time they want even if it s all hours of the night Irritating

This review is for Southwest Advantage as a company not their independent contractors who sell their products SA does not stand behind their products at all Outside of the bare minimum federally-mandated 3 day cancellation policy you cannot cancel or be refunded for your order if you are not satisfied Yet you are expected to purchase these books without ever having seen them The dealers are required to purchase books from SA for their inventory which they then turn around and sell at a markup to customers so approvals for refunds cancellations within that 3 day window still have to be approved by the dealer I chose to cancel and SA is saying they cannot do any refunds without checking with the dealer since it says I already have the books which I don t So what if the dealer lies The customer is completely screwed because they didn t deal with SA and their only recourse would be to take the dealer to small claims Are dealers incentivized to be honest Nope Just to make as many sales as possible to earn a big paycheck The whole setup is extremely sketchy and as someone who distributes for a different MLM who actually does stand behind their products I am very shocked and disturbed by this business

If I could give them O stars I would They re an absolutely awful fraudulent predatory company Do not buy their overpriced books Customer service does absolutely nothing to help you I called customer service and emailed them I asked for them to cancel my order and I requested a refund and they refuse to help me because of their 3 day cancellation policy I didn t even have 3 full days to cancel I had until midnight before the third day Saturday to cancel but their office hours are Monday Friday 8-4 30 pm which conflict with my work hours I wasn t informed about the 3 day cancellation policy until it was too late and my credit card had already been authorized I think it s wrong for them to not allow me to cancel when I was lied to by the salesman I was told my books would ship in 10-12 business days It has been almost 2 months already and I still haven t received them The salesman was super pushy and he wouldn t take no for an answer even though I kept saying it was too expensive for me He would keep trying to spread out the payments and took advantage of me being home alone without my husband I let him know I didn t want to take a picture for social media and he insisted and posted it on his page Super pushy predatory and inconsiderate I wasn t even going to open the door for him when I saw he was a salesman with a clipboard but he rang the doorbell twice and started banging on my door while my baby was asleep so I felt forced to answer This company preys on college kids overseas pays them crappy commission and has them figure out their living arrangements on their own so they end up begging strangers to let them stay in their house for free Absolutely despicable company
