Avoid this clinic misleading practices poor service and a damaging experienceI strongly advise anyone considering treatment with this clinic to be extremely cautious My experience felt deceptive from the start and ultimately led to physical discomfort emotional distress and wasted time and money My experience Misleading Location InformationAfter paying a 800 deposit and signing a contract I was informed that the clinic wasn t truly based in London The Harley Street location is just a rented space with only one appointment per month available on Saturdays As someone working full-time in central London this made attending appointments nearly impossible Unclear and Extended Treatment TimelineI was initially told my treatment would last around one year However the treatment stretched over three years without proper progress or completion I ve since had to move to a new legitimate Invisalign provider to finish what was started Inflexibility and GaslightingWhen issues arose such as a tooth going off-track I needed closer monitoring The once-a-month appointment schedule proved completely inadequate Rather than finding a solution the staff dismissed my concerns telling me I was the only one experiencing issues which was not true or helpful Physical Side Effects and Lack of SupportDue to the poor planning and mismanagement of my treatment I developed pain in my neck shoulders arms hands hip and knees When I raised this they simply said No one else has ever had this problem Reluctant Refund OfferOnly after I became extremely frustrated and demanded accountability did they offer a full refund but only if I waived their liability This speaks volumes Professional Opinions Confirmed Poor TreatmentI ve since had assessments from two independent Invisalign providers in London Both confirmed that my treatment was poorly managed and mishandled this wasn t just in my head Difficult Refund ProcessGetting the refund was another ordeal No one wanted to take responsibility and communication was vague and unclear Although I eventually received the money the process caused significant additional stress

They definitely warmed me up to the idea of having braces it s not easy having everyone look at your mouth Their class A support made the journey 100 better Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone Now I ve got the teeth to prove it
