Broker canceled my withdrawal saying that I abused a bug they did not prove anything they said and simply blocked my withdrawal I do not recommend using this broker

Up until today very good and as they say Fraud free But after several wins in a row I make a 60 second buy trade on the EUR USD and it is entered 50 pips above the current price - obviously resulting in a loss when it should have been an easy win Yes that s 50 0 pips not 5 pips So is this an error they will correct for me or is it deliberate practice for anyone who has too many wins I will update this according to how support responds Update 5th May Sadly the response was basically telling me if I don t like it go elsewhere They say Fraud Free but they certainly defrauded me and I ve been making a living as a trader for over 12 years This is part of their disgraceful response Spreads are continuously changing on the platform depending on the volume data received by our primary and secondary spot price providers on assets If the data is delayed between the two feeds and is of low volume it could result in latency arbitrage and manipulation of the platform by certain clients and in order to combat this certain accounts will experience higher spread This situation may be temporary as long as the difference exists between the feeds Spreads may also be influenced by gross macro exposure the market maker receives if certain assets are open with certain exposure all in the same direction long or short When there is more balance then spreads will be lower and if there is more homogeneity in trade direction then spreads may be higher Ultimately if you feel that our spread offering per asset is not competitive you are free to trade the lower spread assets such as EPIC or Reverse Futures which are based on actual historical spot prices or explore other trading venues where you perhaps feel that competitors offer more fair conditions All the best IsaacTeam SpectreTicket 67331

Be very careful from Spectre ai with all the types of tokens they offer you they only steal cryptocurrencies They write you that the TXID is wrong that they don t know the origin of the payment so they don t credit it to you and nor do they return it to your wallet Be careful I am sure that other traders have also experienced theft of cryptocurrencies Report thefts you have received from SPECTRE ai on TRUSTPILOT

Don t buy from this company They are only taking your money and sending really cheap products that are not any similar to the products they show Their cancellation policy doesn t work as they don t process Really take this in consideration before you hit the buy button

The interface could be way better The orders are taken with huge delays and it has nothing to do with your open price position Disappointing experience Hope they will improve the platform because their business model sounds promising

They are always changing the rules of the platform one time you can early close trades then you can t or they put high losses for early closes from nothing they add spreads to different time frames as they want Other thing is they force you to see graphs and default thing as they want not as you set them to For a broker who claims to be a decentralized exchange they act like the others who are always against client

amazing platform and good customer service everything good there beside they keep changing rules every week u gonna see new rule sometimes platform says no spread but u will enter with upto 0 8 spread So i will suggest use demo first and dont put too much money in this platform if u do keep trades small like 1
