Awful experience

Awful experience Started a dispute with my bank as I never received my product It was a lot of money to lose In their contact they kept saying if you re a customer but yet they are saying they sent me the item which is it They didn t follow through on their message and the evidence they provided wasn t great either I explained that my property isn t safe and could have been taken by a neighbour They sent a picture of my parcel hanging out of the mailbox that says it all really Obviously why I didn t receive it I have had to purchase the item off amazon I wouldn t do that if I received their item I wouldn t recommend them to anyone The contact from the company was very poor

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service The webbing is 360 to return you have to pay recorded shipping Then they will charge you laundry cost of five pound for pleasure of trying on once for two mins as it s extremely uncomfortable and it was far too small to breathe in Don t know what the hype is with this company when their a scam Go to gc2b and pay the extr cost because these are a joke

Customer service ignoring follow-up and taking more money than stated

As of right now one star The binders they sent me felt pretty poor with regards to build and seam quality and although I admit I think I might ve bought a size too small the seams felt like they would not have withstood many months let alone years of use That s all easily forgiven with the right customer service but when I returned my binders I was told they would be deducting a 5 laundry fee for marks on the garment I wore the binders on top of a thick t shirt for a few minutes at most and then put them back so I ve been asking for some kind of proof of marks to no luck Customer service has flat-out ignored me since then Also they said 5 laundry fee and then deducted 8 from my total refund All around have lost a lot of faith in the company based on their vague and cagey customer service which is a shame I want to support queer businesses but they have got to support me too

I ordered my a new binder on Monday I

I ordered my a new binder on Monday I was told that it would be here on Thursday but then got a new update saying it was being sent back to sender and since then I haven t had any updates I have emailed to try and get more information and have still not had any replies It would just be nice to be kept in the loop with what is happening with my parcel as it wasn t that cheap

Nice people but amateurish company

I have been using this company for a while now The products are great IF you can get them They regularly sell out of products and can never say when they will have things back in The last three times I wanted to buy something it has been out of stock and they have not been able to say when they would restock They either lack staff or have stretched themselves too thin They always seem to be working on exciting new products but can t keep the basics in stock Very hit and miss and doesn t feel like a serious and professional business which is a shame I feel like they need to hire someone to keep on top of production and stock management The products are very high quality and the poor product management lets the company down

I used to love Spectrum outfitters

I used to love Spectrum outfitters I still have a pair of their original 3-in-1 Spectrum Boxers which are still my favourite pair of underpants however the three pairs I bought recently were different the quality was way cheaper and thinner and they ve stopped putting their little logo badge on them and one of the pairs I put on this morning instantly ripped at the elastic waist band which makes no sense as these are a size bigger than I d normally buy as I wanted a looser fit I am really dissapointed as these aren t a cheap option for trans people to get boxers 16 a pair and I bought three so I spent over 45 quid if you consider postage I just feel a bit robbed I wouldn t recommend these pants to anyone - not now anyway I was never a fan of the binders either much prefer gc2b s binders as they re way better at binding and fit nicer Sorry Spectrum Outfitters you are awesome but your pants are not pants

Poor order experience

I attempted to order the short black binder from SO in a size XXL The website took issue with my payment method and so my order wasn t processed but the money 38 00 was still taken from my account I reached out to the SO team and they informed me that this was an issue that they were experiencing a lot that the money would be back in my account within a week and failing that I would need to contact my bank as the problem was now with them I wouldn t normally have an issue with this considering that this is a tech problem but it s not good that the problem might need to be passed on to my bank who don t know about my trans identity and will be tipped off by the nature of the purchase This issue needs to be fixed ASAP and it sucks that I might have just been outed because I can t afford to let 38 00 go

Feels like they forgot they are selling trans wear

I ordered a swimming trunk and foam packers The swim trunk sizing confused me since I m a usual small in everything but I got a m-l in the sizing due to the size of my hips I emailed them with my sizing explaining the confusion and they told me to get the L It seems like they ve forgotten they were targeting a trans audience with wider hips because when I got it the packing pouch was almost down at my knees The short fit on my hips just fine maybe it was a bit loose but unless I pull the rim of the pant up to my chest the packing pouch is pretty much useless Very disappointing The foam packers seem to be good except the fact that their tag is planted inside the foam with no way of removing it without completely destroying the packer itself As a company that advertises themselves as friendly to neurodivergents this is very disappointing because now the packers are pretty much useless as well because of the tag that scratches my junk

Okay

When I first got it it binded really nicely it was a bit big around the neckline and hard to take on and off but otherwise binded good It s been only two days and it s already stretched out from taking it on and off and it doesn t bind nearly as good as when I first got it I normally get a large but I followed the sizing on the website and got an xl so I m not sure if that s the issue or what Really disappointed to have spent so much for it to not work well so soon

Not for people with larger chests

I ordered because I was told that spectrum is a good choice for people with larger chests I believe my chest is around a DD or so maybe bigger I got my hopes up and was very disappointed The color is nice and the sewing and quality is good I also love and really appreciate the brands efforts to be eco-conscious However this binder did not bind well for me and by far the biggest issue I have is how low cut it is It shows a large amount of cleavage at the top which is not an issue I ve had with other binders from other companies It is not a sizing issue because I followed the sizing measurements exactly It s honestly looks like a push-up bra from the top because of how it pushes my breasts together and up I love wearing my binder by itself or with an open jacket but sadly I cannot comfortably do that with this one There is also a lot of excess fabric at both the top and bottom granted that is probably because my chest is much larger than the rest of my torso but still proves my point - this binder is not a good choice for people with large chests Super disappointed
