The carbon fibre brush is totally useless it loses all it s bristles they are flying all over the place

Worst service ever One week later still no delivery of product No effort by Spincare to resolve Will not buy from these chumps again The response this is not quite correct The item would not have been delivered by DPD on December 2nd as I have an email from them stating the item was delayed and would be delivered on the 3rd This was about the 5th time I had a similar email from DPD It was never going to arrive My order was made in November 23rd and even with the UPS intervention suggested that would still have been 10 days from order to receipt Not really good enough I had waited longer than I normally would have to report the lack of delivery trying to take into account it s a busy period for everyone The reason I didn t want a replacement is that I had already ordered a replacement from elsewhere that was delivered next day with no fuss You missed the window for solving this This could have been handled better Once the excessive delay was reported initially a replacement should have been issued That would have resolved the problem and kept your customer happy Instead you made me wait extra days before offering a replacement for an item that I don t believe will ever be delivered

Very poor quality 12 inch record sleeves they slit for a past time I have purchased far better for less money

I never received my order duly paid as requested The customer service does not finish when the customer pays but when the customer receives the product and uses it A company cannot relay just behind the excuse that they cannot control delivery If this is the case do not try to sell your products online

I ve gradually been working my way through my collection placing my gatefold albums in these Crystal Gatefold sleeves After 10 months of using these I feel qualified to give an accurate review I would echo what another reviewer stated these are prone to splitting along the seams if they snag on another record when putting back on the shelf Great care has to be taken to avoid this and my records are in no way tightly packed Additionally the sleeves are just not long enough for the vast majority of my gatefolds either stopping well short of the edges of the record jacket or just before it Other gatefold sleeves I ve used always overlap the edges as you d expect Disappointing

My item arrived totally damaged and opened Ordered 3 packs of record sleeves inners outters and gatefold Not a single one was in the pack They were all mixed dirty and split Contacted yourselves You sent more which took a while to come and again they arrived open and all split open Can t be bothered to contact you again to get it resolved If you Don t package things correctly they will get damaged in transit The box they we re sent out in both times was not fit for purpose Only writing this review so other people don t waste there time Will try someone else next time I want record sleeves

Still do not fit vinyl singles should be 20 cm ie The Beatles now and then

The item I wanted wasn t available until June The item I ordered still hasn t arrived

Having put in my address for delivery and going to payment I used a payment method which had an old address attached to it After finalising payment the system informed me it had changed my requested delivery address to the one linked to the payment account 350 miles away Having realised this error I contacted customer service within minutes to have either the order stopped or the delivery address changed back to the original inputted one Hearing nothing for hours I sent more messages to different contact mailboxes The next day I received a very unhelpful reply suggesting I contact the occupiers of the property which is vacant and ask them to forward it on Getting no joy with emails going backwards and forwards to customer services I decided to drive the 700 miles round trip to retrieve my parcel The item is available on Amazon for a few pounds more I now realise I should have purchased from them Had there been an issue like this one it would have been resolved within minutes which highlights the difference in customer care That said the product is excellent Foot noteThe original address I entered was the one I wanted the item sent too The system you employ overwrote that with the one google pay was linked to Not very useful if you are sending the item as a gift to someone

I purchased the 2nd size of outer vinyl sleeves as well as the inner sleeves The inner sleeves are amazing and fit every vinyl very nicely However the outer sleeves rip or tear most times when trying to put and sort of vinyl in Whether it is a single or double LP
