Part of delivery missing no response
Ordered three canvas prints two arrived and yes I like them a lot but the third didn t despite being on the invoice and delivery note There was no response to multiple emails til I put a review on their website -immediately contacted to say the issue would be rectified but nothing since and no response to my follow up email

Horrible experience with this company I bought a custom birthday card a month in advance I was assured that it was shipped out and that it would arrive even though it was slightly delayed I purchased the card in July 2024 and I still have not received it Thankfully I paid on PayPal which refunded me I tried several times to contact the seller which stopped responding after my 2nd email
