This use to be a fun site

This used to be a fun site where you could actually win some money In the last two years they have changed the odds on ALL of their games I have witnessed them removing bonuses changing the number of bonus icons and changing the odds of winning If you enjoy never winning anything enjoy this garbage site It used to be fun

Wouldn t recommend ever

Terrible withdrawal methods and nobody clarified that I cannot take out all of my money On top of that the site only allows you to properly place bets when you are on Google chrome They don t tell you that there will be payout holds when you deposit with a debit card They tell you to use bitcoin after the fact that all your funds are there There are bets that the site doesn t allow you to place but they can be placed on FanDuel and other places Website is extremely peculiar and they are sneaky with their rules

Horrible with the payouts and processing times It s going on 49 hours since I haven t received my bitcoin payout They do this often and don t recommend putting you money on this site I m taking my talents elsewhere

You limit certain matches in parlays and offer no explanation which leaves everyone to just assume that you don t want to pay out if it hits Will be going elsewhere

Too many bad beats does not feel real

I d like to give them a better rating but I can t just can t They have a couple good things going on in my opinion First the poker room is fairly soft for cash and tourney play The structures are very good Second the cashouts are processed usually within 15minutes which is the fastest I ve experienced since pre black Friday Fast cashouts are appreciated But sadly we are not at sportsbook ag Their bonuses are a few and far between the worst in the industry The rollovers on deposit bonuses are way to high I ve actually never successfully completed a rollover bonus on the platform Dont waste your time asking their live chat reps for a comp They make it sound like it s their money their comping and you will not get a thing Sadly I ll probably not be playing on this site after this review Thanks and good luck Bovada treats their players way better

It s nice to be able to play poker online but I don t think this is a good site to do it 90 of the time the lower starting hand will beat a powerful hand on the river Never have I seen so many bad beats in an online poker site than this one Almost makes you feel as if there s a bot on every table so the site can take your money Does not feel like you are playing real fair poker After depositing twice to make sure I wasn t kidding myself I will most likely delete this poker site and never use again People come online in hopes for a real feel poker game and this site leaves you feeling like you ve been ripped off every single time you sit down Hopefully they can eventually get this under control before the site crashes from people leaving and not coming back

Frustrating that I could not get assistance in adding a free play bonus that I forgot to apply or entered incorrectly after 24 hour period when my request came less than 48 hours after I made a deposit As mentioned in live chat support I will not be making future deposits with you guys and will take my business elsewhere unless this can be resolved after years of being a customer I will continue to closely monitor pending wagers that were already placed but will not be making future deposits
