Disappointment

The camera delivered was not the one I ordered also I had a lot of trouble downloading the App from the web site to set up the camera and view the images The recommended card formatting for the sd card is now not available

Struggling to view motion videos On the odd event the video play back works but in the majority of events it does not play back

Green feathers products are quite good quality We experience some technical difficulties with the camera but their response was prompt and very accommodating

Easy to install and set up

Used Green Feathers Guide and Video Updated on Fri Jan 8th 2021 - 1st and 2nd Gen bird box camera additional devices or computers NCIP2WF camera added The video was extremely helpful as a step by step guide to downloading the CMS5 software to the computer locating the serial number for the camera on our Ipad previously set up with ICsee Pro and adding the camera to our Windows computer The notes in the Guide would have been a bit difficult to follow without the video Right at the end the notes were helpful though - my camera image did not appear on the computer as suggested by the video I then read the notes p3 and realised I had to double click the camera ID to reveal the image
