My experience was the same as for many others I ordered a part paid by credit card and was then informed the part was not available They would not process the refund against my credit card and demanded I complete a form providing my bank account number I was not comfortable with this risk but did so as I was told it was the only way for the refund to be processed After some 90 days of at least weekly correspondence still no refund just weak excuses and apologies Don t buy from these people unless you can afford to lose your money

Terrible company

Horrible I asked if they have a specific car part They confirmed they have it in stock and I paid for it 2 weeks later they tell me that they can t deliver the part I ask for a refund they tell me that I need to manually apply for one It has now been 3 weeks and I still don t have my refund I don t understand why it has to take so long they never even had the car part in the first place so it s not like they are waiting for it to arrive before they give the refund

Do not order anything from srotas I wanted to buy a car part from there which they supposedly had in stock The next day I received an e-mail saying that the goods were not in stock and that I wanted a refund In order to get a refund you have to fill in a form on their site with your order number and other information After that there is silence Enquiries by email are answered that the money will be received soon as soon as possible and then that they will check with the accounts department and it will be received soon And so it has been for a month In addition to the srotas fr domain they have the same shop at many other addresses and in many other languages srotas ee srotas pl srotas24 lt srotas co uk etc Looking at the positive reviews it is quite clear that they are written in the same style with the aim of stifling negative reviews

Scam

Ordered a part from them the payment was processed then after a week they claim that their supplier doesn t have the part even though it s still on their website Asked for a refund but did not receive anything back from them Putting a claim on my credit card against them now Seems like a complete scam

I received my order and the seller has good communication

I was very skeptical before I placed my order on their website due to the negative reviews by people I decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed Their prices are more than reasonable and they had good communication with me putting my mind at ease People should stop leaving negative reviews because it almost discouraged me and that wasn t the case for me with my order They don t ship directly to Nigeria but I had it shipped to Uk They used DHL and I have received my package here in Nigeria This company deserves my 5 stars and I would definitely make other purchases from them
