I went on a tour with the guide Hudaykuli and he was very nice and knowledgeable about everything He s a local so it s interesting to get to know the country from his perspective He s very accommodating and flexible to your schedule 100 recommendation

We decided to travel to Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan at the end of 2023 Maksat responded quickly to our initial contact and sent us a first offer We adapted this to our needs and Maksat checked it to see if it was possible We then flew to Turkmenistan in March 2024 Entering the country with the invitation letter went very smoothly We then travelled for a week always together with the great guide Gurban and with different drivers We did the following - Sightseeing tour of Asgabath- Night train to Turkmenbashi- Yangykala Canyons- Nohur with an overnight stay with a local family- Merv- Darvaza Crater overnight stay in the yurt- Kunya UrgenchWe then travelled on to Uzbekistan and visited the cities of Khiva Bukhara Samarkand and Tashkent In Uzbekistan we travelled without a guide but we also booked the transfers and hotels through Stantrips The whole trip was wonderful We felt that we were in good hands at all times Gurban adapted to us and our wishes and responded flexibly Everything went smoothly the driver and guide were always on time everything worked perfectly We can fully recommend Stantrips without hesitation

Stantrips are the best

Stantrips are a great company We have travelled to over 120 countries and this company and especially Hudaikuli were an absolute pleasure to deal with Turkmenistan was a dream destination for us and a lot of our concerns about travel in this country were completely wrong Nadya our guide found us at the border and took control of everything and it went very smoothly and exactly as Hudaikuli had described We then proceeded to the Gates of Hell and a night at a Yurt Camp in the desert which for us was the perfect experience despite a long drive to get there The next day we drove to Ashgabat and our hotel there was amazing and we got to explore on our own the area around the hotel The next day Nadya took us on the perfect city tour and wow Ashgabat has to be seen to be believed The local lunch was also amazing in a beautiful restaurant But the highlight for us was our time at the horse stud and a ride on the famous Turkmen horses We cannot recommend Stantrips highly enough for creating a tailor made tour at a great price for us and making our time in Turkmenistan so perfect We cannot wait to visit again

A wonderful trip

I had a most wonderful week-long trip to Turkmenistan with Stantrips I have been to over 100 countries and this was one of my favourites On the trip I visited Ashgabat Darvaza Dashoguz Kunya Urgench Turkmenbashi Yangykala Canyons Nohur Mary and Ancient Merv The itinerary was intricately planned and tailored to my schedule asks as well as perfectly executed Nadine was an amazing guide incredibly personable knowledgeable and organized She went above and beyond to ensure that I had the perfect holiday Hudaikuli and Maksat were very responsive and helpful when planning the trip Overall I would highly recommend Turkmenistan and Stantrips A fantastic time

I searched for Turkmenistan travel agencies on the Internet and this travel agency responded to me the fastest I finally chose this one with an affordable price to start a three-day and two-night trip to Turkmenistan The tour guide helped us with the customs procedures despite the language barrier which saved us time Thank you very much The driver and tour guide were very friendly and explained everything We arrived on time even though the road conditions were not good It was a pleasant trip

This was my second Tour organized by Stan Trips Last October i went on a 1 week guided Tour of Turkmenistan I was so satisfied with every aspect of Turkmenistan sightseeing that I contracted Stan Trips again to handle the itinerary for the visit to the 4 STAN countries Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan and Tajikistan Again it was truly exceptional I had a personal Guide and Driver that met me at arrival in each country They were great and the itinerary was super A balance of history culture and nature In all again I was very satisfied and felt it was a good value
