The best thing about the Google Store and the reason why I always buy products which are available on it from them rather than anybody else is their customer service It s absolutely exceptional Most high value orders are posted by next-day UKMail postage which is quick friendly and has a really useful and sophisticated tracking interface compared with other couriers If there are any problems after sale which there may well be when it comes to buying electronics they have many contact options all of which are convenient With phone calls and live chat help arrives quickly and is well mannered and effective This is even th case with email which NEVER takes more than a day for a response - quite amazing Perhaps the best part of the whole customer service experience though is the Google Store warranty Should a fault develop within the warranty period Google posts a replacement to you by next day postage and gives you a shipping label and RMA document to print and return to them in the box they post the replacement in It s an amazing service which means you will never be without the device There s only a couple of ways which I can see to improve the whole experience First would be to extend support opening hours on weekends they are rather short Second would be to have physical Google stores where you can get the same high quality device and warranty support in person and perhaps also instant replacements like Apple does in their stores I have only managed to think of these areas for improvement after thinking long and hard which is testament to the fact that the Google Store shopping experience is nearly perfect without any notable problems I would definitely recommend shopping with the Google Store to anybody with no reservations whatsoever
